Espreado Bar Recipe


You Will Need:

1 tsp coffee extract

6 oz dark roast Espreado

1/3 cup raw peanut butter

2.5 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup flaxmeal

1/2 cup gluten free oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup crushed almonds

¼ cup crushed walnuts

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1/4 cup cacao nibs



  1. Add peanut butter, Espreado, honey, vanilla and cinnamon to a medium saucepan and place over low heat

  2. Stir every so often until the mixture is smooth and creamy

  3. Remove from heat and immediately stir in flaxseed meal, chia and oats

  4. Fold in almonds, walnuts and shredded coconut and stir until combined

  5. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper; pour granola bar mixture in and spread out evenly, then press down in the pan very firmly

  6. Press remaining roasted almonds on top
